All students enrolled in courses on Fatihly.com are required to abide by the following terms and conditions established by Fatihly:
1- Agreement to Terms: By accessing our courses at Fatihly.com, students are presumed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
2- Course Access and Usage: Course logins, materials, and access to online classes are provided solely for the student’s personal use. Students agree not to distribute or reproduce any course materials in any form or manner.
3- Student Conduct: Fatihly reserves the right to expel any student, without refund, who intentionally damages or steals digital property, disrupts courses, or harasses other participants or staff members.
4- Technical Requirements: Students confirm that they have internet access and appropriate computer equipment and software to participate in courses. A minimum internet connection speed of 0.5 Mbps is recommended.
5- Certificate Issuance: Upon successful completion of a course, students will receive an e-certificate. Students must inform Fatihly within one month of course completion if they have not received the certificate. Fatihly will not issue certificates after one month from the course completion date.
